However, we cannot guarantee that product colors or specifications match exactly what appears on your display.

4.1 Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
4.2 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email.
4.3 International Orders
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
4.4 Delivery Issues
Report any delivery problems within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with carriers to resolve issues but cannot guarantee delivery times.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, golf gloves and towels cannot be returned unless defective.
5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
5.4 Exchanges
For size/color exchanges, follow the return process and clearly indicate your exchange preference. We’ll cover shipping costs for replacement items.
5.5 Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
