We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by the shipping carrier or local authorities.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Important: For hygiene reasons, golf gloves and golf towels cannot be returned unless defective. All other golf equipment (including clubs, bags, apparel, and accessories) are eligible for return within the specified period.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at: Pro Golf Shop Returns

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
- Include any price difference if the new item costs more
We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective golf product (including clubs, bags, or accessories):
