Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, golf gloves and golf towels cannot be returned unless defective. All other golf equipment (including clubs, bags, apparel, and accessories) are eligible for return within the specified period.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  5. Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
  3. Include any price difference if the new item costs more
  4. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return

Damaged or Defective Items
